The Course

For two years in a row, GolfWeek has recognized Eagle’s Bluff on Lake Palestine as a “Course of Distinction” and among “America’s Best Residential Golf Courses.”

The 18 holes of Eagle’s Bluff golf course take golfers through some of the most scenic vistas in East Texas. Designed by Carlton Gipson, the course is one of the longest in East Texas, with the distance from the back tees totaling a challenging 6,977 yards. The course is a par-71 championship golf course with four sets of tees which allows golfers of any skill level to enjoy the challenge it provides. The course is lined by magnificent century-old Dogwoods, Oaks and Pine trees, naturally blended with world famous East Texas azaleas to create a gorgeous, canopied backdrop of East Texas forest. Water hazards, sand bunkers and pot bunkers all collaborate to make shot-making skill a premium asset to carry to the course.

The Pro Shop

In addition to a world class course, Eagle’s Bluff also contains the area’s premiere golf shop. Our knowledgeable pros and attentive staff are our greatest asset. They can perform video swing analysis, assist you in club selection and purchase, ensuring that you are at the top of your game. The golf shop features a wide array of clubs, clothing, and all things golf to punctuate your enjoyment of the game.

The Clubhouse

Sitting majestically in the middle of the Eagle’s Bluff development, the French Country style clubhouse features formal and casual dining, player lounges, a full service golf pro shop, resort style swimming pool, and fitness center. As one of the finest facilities in East Texas, the clubhouse is in demand throughout the year to host public and private events. From its commanding site at the entrance of the community, the magnificent 27,000 square foot clubhouse offers panoramic views of the golf course and the woods that surround it.
